About Caerphilly Homes

Caerphilly Homes is responsible for all housing services delivered by Caerphilly County Borough Council.

As well as managing over 10,600 rented homes we also support private tenants, landlords and homeowners.

Included within this vast portfolio is an ambitious house building programme which will see 1000 new low carbon affordable homes delivered by 2033.  Here you can find out more about current and previous developments, as well as information on how to purchase your own ‘Caerphilly crafted’ home.
